- Managing early access requests: Processing and managing your early access request to the Ayudity platform, contacting you with information about the launch, available demos or access based on your profile.
- Segmentation and validation: Analysing the data provided to adapt communications to your profile and validate interest by segment, business type and need.
- Commercial communications (only with express consent): Sending you information about news, demos and the Ayudity launch, provided you have expressly ticked the corresponding box.
4. Legal basis for processing
- Early access request and contact: Processing is based on the implementation of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Commercial communications: Based on the express consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), granted through a specific, optional and non-pre-ticked checkbox.

Personal data may be communicated to:
- Data processors: Service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, email tools, CRM), with whom the corresponding data processing agreements have been executed in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.
